Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Stories of Hope, we put a lot of heart into curating intimate, meaningful experiences. Each event has limited spots to ensure depth and connection — which is why we have the following cancellation and refund policy in place:
Cancellations by Participants

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a 100% refund, minus any platform/transaction charges. If refund provided, it will be credited within 5-7 days.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

However, you may transfer your spot to a friend with prior written notice (email/WhatsApp at least 6 hours before the event).
No-Shows

If you do not attend the event and haven’t informed us in advance, no refund or credit will be provided.

We keep our events intimate, and no-shows impact both our planning and others who wanted to attend.
Cancellations by Stories of Hope
In rare cases where an event is cancelled by SoH (due to illness, low sign-ups, or unforeseen situations), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule/apply your booking to a future event. The refund will be credited within 5-7 days.
